Last updated: October 10, 2026. By using loonie365.com, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them in plain language wherever possible.
1. About Loonie365
Loonie365 (loonie365.com) is a Canadian comparison and referral service covering loans, digital banks, and credit cards. We are not a lender, a bank, or a credit card issuer, and we do not issue loans or open accounts. We connect you with third-party providers. Loonie365 does not set loan amounts, fees, interest rates, or repayment terms — those are determined by the individual provider in compliance with applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Canada. By submitting an application or request through Loonie365, you confirm you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. No Obligation
Submitting an application through Loonie365 does not obligate you to accept any offer. You may decline any offer for any reason. Accepting an offer creates an agreement directly between you and the provider — Loonie365 is not a party to that agreement.
4. No Guarantees
Loonie365 does not guarantee approval, funding, rates, or terms.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information. Providing false information may result in your application being rejected and could carry legal consequences.
6. No Upfront Fees
Loonie365 charges borrowers nothing — our service is free for you. No legitimate lender charges a fee before disbursing a loan. If anyone asks you to pay money upfront to receive a loan, it is fraud: do not pay, and report it.
7. Responsible Borrowing
Borrow only what you can afford to repay on time. Payday loans are intended for short-term financial emergencies only. If you find yourself repeatedly relying on payday loans, consider speaking with a non-profit credit counsellor.
8. Third-Party Providers
Loonie365 is a referral intermediary. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, decisions, or customer service of any lender, bank, or card issuer. Disputes about a specific product must be addressed directly with the provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loonie365’s liability to you is limited to the value of any service directly provided by Loonie365 (which is free). We are not liable for losses arising from your agreements with third-party providers.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of loonie365.com after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Manitoba. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
